Established in 1943, as a shipping company with the name Amathus Navigation Co Ltd, the company has extended its activities to cover a much wider spectrum comprising hotel ownership and management, tour operating, aviation, air and sea travel, and tourism.

Ever since its establishment the company has grown over the years into a large international organisation with physical presence in Cyprus (all cities), Athens, Rhodes, London and Moscow and employing over 1000 employees.

The company’s share has been traded on the local stock exchange since 1976 while the shareholders’ register currently numbers over 2000 shareholders.
